Investment Opportunity: SaaS Alerts

SaaS Alerts, the cybersecurity company purpose-built for MSPs, is seeking to raise $3 million in growth capital. The company has allocated up to $500,000 of the current round specifically for MSPs who are interested in participating.

If you’re an MSP owner or employee who would like to potentially participate in the round then please complete this form by October 22. Interested parties need only demonstrate that they either own or work for a Managed IT Service Provider and that they are an accredited investor.

The term "accredited investor" is defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The definition: You must have a net worth of at least $1 million excluding the value of your primary residence, or have income at least $200,000 each year for the last two years (or $300,000 combined income if married) and have the expectation to make the same amount this year.
